Role & Responsibilities:

Translate client requirements into cloud based technology solution create and own architecture deliverablesDesign & plan Cloud Solution ArchitectureManage and provision the GCP solution Infrastructure in terms of Org Setup, Project , Folder setup, setting up User Access Control setup with corporate Identity platformHands on experience in installing / configuration of GKE{Google Kubernetes engine} PreferredHands on Experience in Linux Environment , commands, bash scripts , bootup scripts orchestration, yaml configuration for admin / user cluster, setting up seesaw load balancer.Previous experience in Provision Audit logs & metrics per devSecOps guidelines.Understand & Able to develop/test of rest / SOAP APIs documentationCoordinate with Infra ,Network team to provide details of GCP set up and aiding in creating dev/test , Prod GCP- hybrid platform and DR set up.Self-motivated, passionate to drive, constantly looking to develop, embraces change with a sense of urgency and enjoys positively challenging the status quo.Must have Prior experience in utilizing GCP yaml templates to configure & setup.Experience building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly-distributed global cloud-based systems. Experience in network infrastructure, security.Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practiceGoogle Cloud certified professional cloud architect is a plus.Experience of building a range of Services in a Cloud Service provider (ideally GCP)Expert understanding of service for data and analytics in GCP (Big Table, Big Query, GCS etc ) from operational standpointExpert understanding of DevOps principles and Infrastructure as a Code concepts and techniquesStrong understanding of CI/CD and available toolsSecurity and Compliance, e.g. IAM and cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring toolsCustomer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Application teams, cross functional IT and global/local IT teamsGood leadership and teamwork skillsWorks collaboratively in an agile environment with DevOps application pods to provide GCP specific capability/skills required to deliver the service.Operational effectiveness - delivers solutions that align to approved design patterns and security standardsExcellent skills in at least one of following: Python, Scala, TerraformExperienced in full automation and configuration managementExcellent written and spoken communication skills an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiencesA comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others compliance with relevant regulatory processes

Required Skillsets:

A certification in any cloud platform proficient in architecting designing implementing cloud solutionsStrong knowledge of cloud architecture and infrastructureProven experience with GCPservices and tools especially compute services such as Cloud Run, App Engine,GKE, Cloud Functions, etc.(Other cloud exp like AWS,Azure will also work)Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure and highly available cloud solutionsExperience with cloud migration and optimizationScripting using PythonAbility to perform research, build POCs and propose end to end solutionsExceptionally good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams4+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineerProficient with git and git workflowsExperience architecting containerized environments for micro-servicesFamiliarity with essential Docker toolsExpert in configuration management for a CI/CD environment using Jenkins / AnsibleExperience with Python, Java, Go, Perl, and/or .NETDeveloped and executed plans and testing for Disaster RecoveryExperience working in an agile environmentConfiguration and managing databases such as MySQL, MongoExcellent troubleshootingWorking knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services (GCP knowledge good to have)Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and
