Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create, customize, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites using Webflow's visual development platform. Collaborating closely with designers, content creators, and project managers, you will transform mockups and wireframes into fully functional websites that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, customize, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement designs into fully functioning websites.
  • Leverage Webflow CMS to manage dynamic content efficiently.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
  • Optimize website performance, focusing on page load speed and SEO best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Webflow projects.
  • Implement animations and interactions using Webflow’s advanced features.
  • Stay updated on Webflow trends, updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve design and development workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Webflow's visual development interface.
  • Experience working with Webflow CMS and advanced functionalities like animations and custom interactions.
  • Ability to convert designs from tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD into responsive Webflow websites.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
