This role is suited for a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management, who can drive growth and optimize branch performance. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience, with an MBA in Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementOversee and manage the daily operations of the head office, ensuring seamless execution of manpower and security services.Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and policies in line with company objectives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and implement improvements where necessary.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating contract renewals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management within the branch to build a skilled and motivated workforce.Promote a positive work culture that supports collaboration, growth, and adherence to best practices.Financial Management & ReportingManage branch budgets and oversee financial transactions to ensure profitability.Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations.Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage resources efficiently to maximize branch performance.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.Implement and oversee safety protocols, risk assessments, and security measures within the branch operations.Coordinate with legal and HR departments to handle disciplinary actions and resolve any conflicts.Qualifications & SkillsEducation : MBA in Operations or equivalent qualification.Experience : Minimum 10 years in operations management, with a proven track record of branch or regional leadership.Skills :Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal teams.Proficiency in operations management software and MS Office Suite.Why Join Us?At Immigration Security Services Pvt Ltd, we value expertise, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
