Job Description :

We are looking for L2 windows engineer having minimum of 5-8 years of experience with the following skills:

Responsible for the administration, management, and optimization of windows-based cloud environments with willing to work in 24x7 environment

  • Windows Administration: Manage and maintain windows-based servers and virtual machines within cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to windows servers, applications, and cloud services, escalating more complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
  • Monitoring & Performance: Implement and manage monitoring tools to track system performance, availability, and resource utilization. Address performance issues and optimize system configurations.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools (using Bash, Python, etc.) to streamline repetitive tasks, deployment processes, and system maintenance.
  • Security: Implement and manage security measures including firewalls, access controls, and patch management to safeguard systems and data.
  • Backup & Recovery: Ensure data integrity and system availability through effective backup and recovery procedures.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
  • Customer: Work with customer and management and manage escalations

  • Reports: Prepare various weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
