About the roleWe’re looking for a rockstar Customer Success Manager looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, with prior customer success experience in B2B SaaS product startups for enterprise clients in US and Europe geographies. The CSM will work with the founders directly.
ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of customer accounts & be responsible to drive higher product adoption and customer satisfactionOnboard new customers & conduct tool trainingsBe the POC for any customer queries or concerns & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from customer companiesOwn and improve customer satisfaction metrics & collect testimonialsLead QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and regular check-ins with clients to review product usage and satisfactionCollect customer feedback to guide continuous product and service improvementWork closely with Product team to document & improve product usage metricsLead implementation of customer success initiatives
RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute. MBA preferred.2-7 years of relevant customer success experience in Series B/C/D B2B SaaS product startups for enterprise customer segment in US/Europe geographiesExcellent communications & presentation skills.Customer-centric mindset & great attention to detailEntrepreneurial mind-set to take initiatives and drive charge.
