Human Resources Executive

- This is a Night Shift role (Central Time Zone) and we need at least 1 year of US HR experience
Experience Required- 2-5 Years
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Communication and HR Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, maintaining our digital presence, ensuring cohesive internal communication, and supporting HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement : Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Branding & Messaging : Oversee consistent branding for surveys, wellness programs, and policy launches.
- Communication Advisory : Act as a communication advisor to internal teams, supporting their objectives.
- Award Management : Lead the process of securing national and international awards, including vendor liaison and media showcases.
- Leadership Engagement : Organize interactive sessions with leadership to foster open communication.
- Content Creation : Produce articles, manage newsletters, and oversee goodie branding.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with the group’s goals.
- Process Streamlining : Improve communication processes for effective information flow.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Liaise with key stakeholders and senior leaders globally to drive cohesive messaging.
- Achievement Showcasing : Highlight achievements through articles and presentations at a global level.
- Event Management : Coordinate global leadership sessions, town halls, and major events.
- Intranet & Newsletters : Oversee content for employee and executive newsletters.
- Performance Management : Manage the organization’s global performance management program, including communications, training, and monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Manage and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Leadership Meetings : Participate in leadership meetings, and facilitate development, and strategic discussions with the leadership team.
- Trend Analysis : Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR groups to develop solutions, programs, and policies specific to business unit needs.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience and 2+ years of experience partnering directly with Executive Senior Leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and development.
- Proven experience in change management and project management.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify insights that drive action.
- Excellent consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation of HR programs in support of business goals.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across an enterprise.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel to company sites to facilitate better collaboration with the HRBP team and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
