The role focuses on shaping and scaling domain-specific Agentic AI products that redefine enterprise transformation across insurance services. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design by understanding client challenges, defining value propositions, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Oversee product strategy, roadmap, and execution for L&A policy administration and transformation initiatives. Guide conversations on policy conversions and automation in contact centers or mailroom operations. Define and communicate product vision and success metrics aligned with business goals. Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure high-impact product launches. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to guide roadmap priorities. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring adoption and customer satisfaction. Represent the product at client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Required Experience & Skills Proven leadership in managing client relationships and transformation projects within Life & Annuities in the US, UK, or Australia. Strong understanding of L&A policy admin systems, industry regulations, and offshoring models. Hands-on experience in automation, AI integration, or contact center modernization. Background in enterprise SaaS platforms (finance automation, insurance, P2P, or similar). Strong product management expertise, strategic execution, and analytical decision-making. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
