Team Member Role: Assistant Manager/Manager – Corporate Real Estate Transaction

What Would the Work entail?

  • Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars and other sources.
  • Reach out & follow up with the fastest-growing corporate companies and secure business.
  • Proactively engage with key decision makers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercial office space requirement.
  • Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Pool details of the property concerning coordinates and details of the land /property owner and conduct site inspections.
  • Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions.
  • Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, and accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
  • Negotiations: should be able to get the deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and seller
  • Documentation: Understand the deal and get actively involved in the due diligence process and documentation thereafter.
