Job Description: · Good clear written and verbal communication skills · Good project management and basic account finance skills · Good customer management skills · Excellent process and documentation skills · Good working skills in multi-client support model. · Good understanding of contracts and vendor management · Good IT process knowledge (like ITIL) · Good knowledge of one or more security compliance standards (SOC1, SOC2, ISO27001, PCI, etc) Technical: · Basic Active Directory and LDAP Knowledge · Basic knowledge of server administration, Deployment processes. · Basic Database experience -- IBM DB2 on Windows/Linux preferred · Microfocus Cobol support experience preferred · AWS Experience · Basic software development / SDLC understanding · Experience with Service Management Tools (Service Now Preferred) At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
