Key Responsibilities:
1 Identity and Access Management (IAM):
Design, implement, and manage IAM strategies for server environments, cloud platforms, and SAP systems.
Ensure secure identity management across on-premises and cloud systems, including SSO and MFA.
Automate access control processes using IAM solutions and scripting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IAM needs and process improvements.
Architect, deploy, and manage IAM solutions, including identity governance, PAM, and SSO.
2 Server Security & Cloud Security:
Manage and secure server infrastructures (on-premises and cloud) to comply with security frameworks and policies.
Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, focusing on Microsoft Azure.
Perform regular security assessments and audits, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring proper configurations.
3 Azure & Active Directory Security:
Secure Azure environments using features like Azure Security Center, Azure Policy, and NSGs.
Oversee the security of Active Directory (on-premises and Azure AD), ensuring secure authentication and role-based access controls.
Monitor and mitigate security risks related to Active Directory and Azure AD integrations.
4 SAP Security & Operations:
Oversee and secure SAP environments, ensuring application security protocols and role-based access control.
Ensure proper SAP system configuration, patching, and management.
Implement and maintain SAP security modules, including user roles and authorizations.
5 Automation & AI/ML Integration:
Utilize automation tools to enhance security operations and automate repetitive tasks.
Implement AI/ML models to improve threat detection, predictive analytics, and automated responses.
Apply AI/ML algorithms for real-time monitoring and anomaly detection.
6 Scripting & Power BI Reporting:
Develop scripts (Python, PowerShell) to automate security tasks.
Create detailed Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize security metrics and compliance reports.
Automate data collection and reporting processes for real-time security insights.
7 Collaboration & Compliance:
Work closely with IT, security teams, and business units to align security strategies with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and work with external auditors.
Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD).
Strong understanding of cloud security, particularly in Azure.
Advanced skills in scripting, automation, AI/ML applications, and Power BI reporting.
Experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports for security metrics.
Hands-on experience with SAP security operations and integrations.
Proven ability to implement automation using scripting tools like Python and PowerShell.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in cloud and security areas (e.g., Azure Security Engineer, CISSP).
Familiarity with AI/ML models and their application to security.
Experience in automating security processes and integrating advanced security tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple technical teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
