Job Title: Recruitment Training Consultant

Location- Mumbai

Job Type: Consultant (Contract/Part-Time)

Experience- 3-8 years experience into Recruitment Training

Role Overview:

As our Recruitment Training Consultant, you will work closely with our team to deliver specialized training sessions, foster best practices, and optimize our recruitment process. This role is critical to strengthening our team’s ability to attract and place top talent effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver tailored training programs in recruitment methodologies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.- Assess current team skill levels and create a structured training roadmap for both experienced and junior recruiters.- Develop workshops and hands-on sessions to enhance sourcing techniques.- Coach recruiters on industry best practices, client engagement, and candidate relationship management.- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt sessions to address individual and group needs.- Provide ongoing mentorship and feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruitment and/or recruitment training, ideally in a consulting capacity.- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technology.- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, particularly with junior recruiters.- Adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for talent development.
