Freelance Trainer – Huawei MW RTN (O&M) Position: Freelance Trainer – Huawei MW RTN Location: Remote  Engagement: Freelance  Domain: Huawei MW RTN – Operations & Maintenance Training Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Huawei MW RTN Trainer to deliver technical training on Operations & Maintenance, configuration, performance management, and troubleshooting of Huawei Microwave RTN systems. Key Responsibilities Deliver training on Huawei RTN MW systems (RTN 900/910/950/980 series). Train engineers on O&M workflows, configuration, commissioning, and provisioning . Explain alarm management (AM), fault management (FM), and troubleshooting processes . Conduct sessions on MW link setup, RF alignment, ATPC, XPIC, modulation, and QoS . Provide hands-on labs/demo sessions using Huawei tools and NMS platforms (U2020 / iManager). Guide participants in performance monitoring, KPIs, and link optimization . Support assessments, case studies, and practical field scenarios. Requirements Strong working experience in Huawei MW RTN systems . Expertise in microwave transport technologies, E1/FE/GE interfaces, and Ethernet services. Knowledge of U2000/U2020 , iManager Transport, and MW provisioning tools. Experience in MW fault analysis, link quality improvement & stability checks. Prior experience in technical training or SME-level delivery preferred. Good communication and presentation skills.
