Key Requirements :
- Leadership Aptitude: Ability to lead lean teams of 3 - 5 members to deliver largescale events. You will be responsible for decision making, planning and execution from the start to the end of the event.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication in at least Hindi a English. High level of proficiency in written communication.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Your passion is providing outstanding support to our customers. This should reflect in introduction meetings, understanding brief, before time execution and repeat business.
- Problem Solver: You enjoy tackling challenges with effective solutions. You can display high levels of ownership while coordinating with the internal departments like Business Development, Creative and Operations. You have an eye for providing excellent client experience at optimised costing.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key to our success You can lead the team to identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and improve client retention ratio of the company
- Learner and Teacher: Exploring latest industry trends and encouraging team members to learn new practices and trends.
Background and Experience:
- Any graduate or MBA.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an Event Management company or a similar service related company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal people, good negotiating and convincing skills.
- Needs to have an analytical mindset to understand situations and grasp the moment to close a business deal.
- Good interpersonal skills and influencing abilities.
