Human Resource Analyst Educator

About Programme Leader:
The Programme Leader is a subject matter expert and shapes the student experience, guiding students through their learning journey. Candidates must have industry experience, demonstrated knowledge of the programme subject area, strong interpersonal skills, and previous experience in teaching, mentoring or any other instructional role.
This is a contractor position for 16 weeks.
Course Description:
ISB Executive Education has introduced the Transforming HR with Analytics and AI Programme, that is specifically designed to bridge the divide between human resource management and data-driven decision-making. The programme offers hands-on learning through case studies, projects, tools, cutting-edge modules and fireside chats, emphasising data-driven strategies, AI integration, strategic workforce planning and more. Participants will gain proficiency in data visualisation, data ethics, learning analytics and global best practices.
Responsibilities of the Programme Leader include but are not limited to:
Facilitation of Interactive Live Webinars: Utilize various instructional techniques and multimedia resources to ensure effective delivery of course material.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment conducive to student engagement and knowledge retention.
- Student Support and Engagement: Monitor student discussions and forums, actively engaging with participants to address queries, concerns, and facilitate meaningful dialogue.
- Respond promptly to individual and group inquiries regarding program content, assignments, and related topics, demonstrating a commitment to student success and satisfaction.
- Offer guidance and support to students, serving as a resource for academic and professional development throughout the duration of the Programme.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the Emeritus team to identify and address program-related challenges, leveraging collective expertise to implement effective solutions.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions to assess program performance, share insights, and strategize initiatives for program enhancement and optimization.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Proactively identify opportunities for program improvement, suggesting modifications and enhancements to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine course content, instructional materials, and delivery methods, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned HR Analytics and AI professional to mentor participants in an advanced program on transforming HR through analytics and AI. This mentor will provide expert guidance, clarifying complex concepts, and applying real-world insights on data-driven HR practices. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing participants' capabilities in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and AI integration across HR functions.
To succeed in this role as a Programme Leader you will need:
Professional Experience
Domain Expertise: At least 15 years of experience in HR and analytics, with a minimum of 7 years focused on HR Analytics, AI integration, and predictive analytics in HR processes.
Strategic HR Leadership: Significant experience in senior roles where AI, predictive analytics, and data visualization have been applied to transform HR functions (e.g., workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement).
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry trends, including data ethics, data governance, DEI metrics, and generative AI in HR, with demonstrated success in leveraging these for impactful HR transformation.
Skills and Competencies
Analytical and Technical Proficiency: Deep experience with HR analytics platforms and tools, including proficiency in data analytics software (R, Python, SQL) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Mentorship Skills: Proven ability to coach and mentor HR professionals, explaining technical content accessibly and supporting skill-building through case studies and real-world applications.
Communication and Insight: Exceptional communication skills with a talent for translating data insights into actionable strategies; experience presenting to diverse HR teams, including non-technical audiences.
Preferred Attributes
Innovative Thinker: A proactive approach to emerging trends in HR technology, including machine learning applications in HR and evidence-based strategies for building a data-oriented culture.
Thought Leadership: Published articles or contributions to industry events, webinars, or HR-focused publications, with thought leadership on AI-driven HR, diversity analytics, or data ethics.
Global Perspective: Familiarity with global HR analytics best practices and strategic workforce planning tailored to APAC and beyond.
Educational Background
Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Additional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, People Analytics, or related domains (e.g., SHRM-CP, People Analytics certification) are preferred.
