a) Job Overview :

You will be responsible for identifying, correcting, and preventing inaccuracies in data sets, using analytical tools and methodologies to monitor and enhance data quality. The role requires collaboration with other teams to ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and suitable for business decision-making. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, experience with data quality tools, and the ability to leverage BI tools like Tableau or Power BI for reporting and visualization are essential for success in this role.

b) Key Responsibilities :

Data Quality Management :

- Define and enforce data quality standards across a data domains.

- Conduct a data quality assessment and audit to identify and resolve inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and incompleteness in the data.

- Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to establish data quality metrics and KPIs.

- Build the process to monitor data quality metrics and report on data quality to stakeholders

- Provide support and guidance on best practices for data management and quality

- Develop data quality dashboards and reports for ongoing monitoring and analysis

- Manage the resolution of all data issues identified

Data Profiling and Analysis :

- Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends.

- Work closely with data owners and users to understand data requirements and provide insights to improve data quality.

- Identify and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions

- Develop and maintain data cleansing routines to enhance data quality

- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends impacting data quality

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with Data Teams, Operational Teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to drive a culture of data quality management system.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data governance, quality, and data platform.

- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance Data Quality practices.

c) Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics).

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Python or R

- Proven experience in data analysis, data quality management

- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI for reporting and visualization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with data management tools and technologies.

- CDMP, CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications would be a plus.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Experience of Human Capital data.

- Experience in Azure technology is nice to have.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively in both English and Arabic.
