If you're results-driven, growth-minded, and eager to make an impact, Innovya is the place for you What you’ll do: XBRL Consultants are representatives of our Compliance Services team. Individuals in this role will prepare the XBRL for public companies’ unpublished financial reports which are filed with regulatory bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission in the U.S. and regulators under the European Securities and Market Authority throughout Europe. Core Responsibilities: Create and manage extension taxonomies for clients filing with the SEC using both US-GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. Prepare and review XBRL tagging for a variety of reports, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 20-Fs, 40-Fs, and 8-Ks, among others. Interpret and apply authoritative guidance to assist in preparation of high-quality XBRL filings (i.e., SEC’s EDGAR Filer Manual, FASB Tagging Guides, and DQC rules to name a few) Manage multiple projects and perform related administrative responsibilities to meet established deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on XBRL experience. Must Have Skills: Strong knowledge of XBRL standards. Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Demonstrated capability of providing outstanding customer service. A supportive team attitude for working with teams around the globe. Attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and ability to meet deadlines with a “service above self” approach. Must be able to work extended hours during quarterly peak financial reporting periods.
