We're looking for a

Principal Software Engineer

candidate with experience in Java, Python, Cloud Applications, Database, AI/ML and Kubernetes to join our team in BangaloreYou will report to the Director Development.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll DoYou will be responsible for developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and prototypes to support new initiatives from inception.Develop new features & enhancements.Collaborate, and develop programming environment with peer engineers, and architects spanning their respective areas to deliver end-to-end components and features.Gather and interpret broad requirement specifications from Architects/Product Management that are not yet defined.Produce techno-functional specs and designs based on high-level requirements.Estimate efforts, identify risks, and meet project schedules.Be an amazing performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a fast-growing distributed workplace.Work in an Agile software development team delivering product and feature increments in short iterations.

What We'd Like to See

Experience cloud-native development and deployment processes.Experience in AI/ML.Experience in GIT, SVN, and database concepts like SQL/NOSQL.Experience with Kubernetes stack.8+ years of experience developing enterprise software products using Java technologies.Excellent coding and design skills in Java server-side technologies, object-oriented concepts, and Java open-source frameworks are mandatory.Experience with Eclipse, Maven, Linux, and Tomcat is mandatory.Experience with database concepts, and SQL programming is mandatory.

Role EssentialsOutstanding problem solving abilities and should be a quick learner.Familiarity with the Agile development process.Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
