Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for managing/ collating data for undertaking tax compliancesSummarizing the data as per the required format of Tax FormsMaintaining documentation required for tax compliancesKeeping a track of Tax Compliance CalendarMentation tax litigation trackerInterpretation of tax laws including tax treaties and commentariesPreparing tax computation, tax forms and other related compliances
Qualification & Experience Required:Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in India and International taxationPrepared computation of income, tax returns & tax forms for CorporatesExperience of preparing schedules/ overviewing Tax Audit u/s 44ABPrepared 6% Equalization levy computation and returnManaged TDS compliances including preparation and filing of 24Q, 26Q and 27Q formsWorking knowledge on Transfer pricing benchmarking and TP studyManaged and worked on GST Compliances (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST-9/C, ITC reconciliation, RCM reconciliation, OIDAR compliances, etc.)Experience in handling tax assessments for corporate tax, transfer pricing and GST.Tax Dispute Resolution experience including representation for Tax Authorities (AAR, CIT(A), Tribunal) on Corporate tax, Transfer Pricing and GST mattersExperience in payroll planning and structuring related aspectsPreparation of Provision for Tax Working and Deferred TaxWorked on International tax advisory queries and knowledge on DTAAsAdvisory on withholding taxes on cross border transactionsWorking knowledge of USA, Singapore and UAE tax compliances will be preferred
