Job Description

Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lead Validation Administrator to join our Billing and Validation team in Wednesbury.


What will you be doing?

As a Lead Validation Administrator, your core responsibilities will be –

  • Responding to any team enquiries before escalating to line manager where necessary
  • Management Meetings and reporting as and when required
  • Training of new employees to the full standard of validations
  • Completing investigations to get outstanding cases resolved
  • Taking on new systems and task forces
  • Uploading, validating and quality checking orders received from customers within set SLA’s.
  • Referring jobs back to the customer.
  • Answering internal & external stakeholders with job queries proactively.
  • Emailing job packs to the relevant Planning Manager.
  • Daily updates of Force – our clients’ database system.
  • Responsible for the Emergency Response Service (ERS) phone within working hours.
  • Training and review of validation administrators within the team

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages incl Excel, Word, and databases.
  • Teamwork – Ability to work well with others in a strong team environment.
  • Personal accountability – Organised, great time management, and has a proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate and listen effectively.
  • Taking pride in your work – you want to do the job well and achieve results.
