This role is ideal for a passionate automation expert who thrives on building robust test frameworks, mentoring team members, and driving quality excellence across our products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our automation strategy while ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable test solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright for end-to-end testingImplement and optimize test frameworks using TestNG/JUnit to ensure comprehensive test coverageBuild and manage automation projects using Gradle build toolDevelop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that align with product requirements and business objectivesMentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices and technical skills developmentConduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality automation code standardsDebug and troubleshoot complex test failures, identifying root causes and implementing solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelinesDrive continuous improvement initiatives in test automation processes and methodologiesChampion quality assurance best practices across the organizationRequired QualificationsProgramming ProficiencyStrong hands-on experience with Java or JavaScriptAutomation Expertise: Proven experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation UnifyAppsTesting Frameworks: Proficiency in TestNG and/or JUnitBuild Tools: Working knowledge of GradleTesting Methodologies: Solid understanding of QA principles, testing strategies, and best practicesProblem-Solving Skills: Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilitiesLeadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and conduct effective code reviewsPassion: Strong enthusiasm for test automation and commitment to qualityPreferred QualificationsExperience with AI/ML technologies and their application in testingKnowledge of additional automation tools and frameworksExperience with CI/CD integration and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with API testing and performance testing toolsWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a quality advocate who combines technical excellence with strong collaborative skills.
