Investor Relations Associate

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere, with frequent visits to Indore HQ)

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for an experienced Investor Relations Associate who can connect with new and existing investors, pitch Supersourcing’s vision, and keep them updated on our numbers and progress. This is a remote role, but we’d like someone who can make frequent visits to Indore to stay close to the team and get a real feel for what’s happening within the company.

About Supersourcing:

Supersourcing is an AI-driven platform that makes tech hiring faster, cheaper, and more reliable. Traditional hiring can take 45-60 days and costs around $150k per engineer. We’re changing that by:

- Reducing hiring time to 12-24 hours, with a goal of just 10 minutes- Cutting hiring costs by 40%, achieving 98% customer satisfaction- Using AI to match, vet, interview, and build resumes, ensuring quality and trust

We’ve been operating like a bootstrapped company, having raised less than $1M from top angel investors and growing mainly through customer revenue. Now, we’re raising our first institutional round to further accelerate our growth, and we’d love to have you help bring on new investors who share our vision.

Key Metrics:

- FY24 Revenue: $2.8M; projected FY25 ARR: $4.5M- Profitability: Profitable since FY21, with 56% revenue growth over the last 3 years- Customer Loyalty: 60% recurring revenue, with a database of 150k developers and 4000+ job listings- Trusted Clients: 3000+ companies, including Amazon, Wellington, and Adani, with 20% international clients- Industry Recognition: Selected for Google AI Batch 2024 (Top 20) and LinkedIn’s Top 10 Growing Startups in 2023

We’re raising $3M+ to expand in the US and Dubai and to scale our engineering and sales teams.

What You’ll Do:

- Find and Connect with Investors: Identify and approach potential investors, pitch Supersourcing's products, and share our growth story.- Keep Investors Informed: Provide regular updates to existing and prospective investors, sharing insights on company performance and milestones.- Market Awareness: Stay on top of industry trends and keep an eye out for new investment opportunities.- Build Strong Relationships: Engage with investors, address inquiries, and build long-term trust.- Close Deals When Needed: Lead negotiations and secure deals that align with our growth goals.- Frequent Indore Visits: Make regular visits to Indore to stay connected with the team and understand the company culture, ensuring you represent us authentically to investors.

- Experienced: You’ve done this role before in a similar company, ideally in tech or AI.- Market-Savvy: You know the market, follow trends, and understand what investors are looking for.- Great Communicator: You can write and speak clearly, sharing complex information in a simple way.- Data-Driven: You’re comfortable with numbers and use data to tell our story to investors.- Self-Starter: You take initiative, find new opportunities, and make things happen.
