Job Description
As part of our mandate to create empathetic and innovative products, you will work on brand strategy for user-centred brands within the healthcare and pharmaceutical ecosystem that will help create high impact print and digital projects ranging from branding, packaging, and marketing collaterals. In your role, you will work closely with the design team, researchers and other partners in the pharmaceutical ecosystem and have the opportunity to contribute to existing as well as new brands. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for servicing user needs will be essential in crafting meaningful brand design solutions that prioritize patient experience and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, with a focus on healthcare design and user needs
Crafting brand strategy and converting research insights to conceptualise effective brand design solutions for visual identity, packaging and marketing of new and existing products, businesses etc.
Play an active role in brainstorming and conceptualizing brand and design ideas
Leading and facilitating brand strategy and naming workshops and driving consensus between stakeholders
Articulating and presenting brand strategy concepts, ideas within the team and to external stakeholders
Take ownership and manage projects and project timelines
Ensure brand ethos and vision is maintained when converting the strategic vision into visual design
Coordinate with stakeholders and other team members to ensure the project is on track
Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging brand tools and technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in degree or Master’s Degree in any of these disciplines - Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, Strategy or any other such Design Discipline.
Have 4 to 6 years of experience designing for brands that have launched or as an in house brand designer/strategist, showcasing concepts and identity, brand stories and impact
Thorough knowledge of brand strategy, architecture and naming tools as well as workshop frameworks
Working knowledge in using design/print tools and softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Good command of Keynote, Powerpoint and Miro
Able to come up with strong brand design concepts and articulate your ideas to the stake holders.
Great eye and passion for visual design principles.
Strong online portfolio demonstrating your design projects and creative abilities.
