Job Title: Inbound Sales & Relationship Specialist – Dozti Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience.) Job Description: As an Inbound Sales & Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting Dozti’s services, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Your primary focus will be to understand the needs of interested prospects, guide them through our offerings, and provide a strong first impression that reflects Dozti’s values and service excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, comfortable speaking on the phone, and skilled at building trust quickly. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in choosing Dozti. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally through phone, email, or scheduled discovery calls. Conduct presentations that clearly explain Dozti’s services, capabilities, and value propositions. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients by providing consistent communication and attentive follow-up. Understand client pain points, goals, and project requirements to recommend the most appropriate services. Qualify incoming leads and identify opportunities for deeper engagement or cross-collaboration within the Dozti ecosystem. Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, and updates in CRM software. Assist in onboarding new clients by coordinating next steps, documentation, and handoffs to project teams. Meet or exceed response-time goals and conversion metrics for inbound inquiries. Provide feedback to leadership regarding trends, client needs, and opportunities to improve our service experience. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing communication roles. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly and confidently. Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day and handling multiple inbound inquiries. Ability to build rapport naturally and maintain positive relationships over time. Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms). Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience handling inbound sales for consulting, design, or service-based companies. Familiarity with objection handling and relationship-driven sales frameworks.
