This role is Office Based

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer tolead the development and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions that alignwith our business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-ondevelopment, customization, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions. Youwill closely collaborate with the Salesforce CPQ Architect, businessapplications team, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, high-quality,and efficient CPQ solutions.
This role is part of the IT GTM (Go-To-Market) Systemsteam. The ideal candidate has empathy, curiosity, and a desire to improve andconstantly learn. They possess deep technical experience in all capabilitiesand functionalities of Salesforce CPQ and the platform, along with aproven track record of driving best practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CPQ solutions that support our Lead to Order processes. Develop, enhance, debug, support, analyze, maintain, and test new and existing Salesforce/CPQ functionality, related managed apps, and connected applications. Lead the technical implementation and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions based on architectural guidelines and business requirements. Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed, and quality is maintained. Collaborate closely with the Salesforce CPQ Architect, the extended business applications team, and business stakeholders to ensure the developed solution meets business needs and is scalable. Troubleshoot complex issues in Salesforce CPQ and related integrations, proposing robust and scalable solutions. Advocate for and implement coding best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration, data mappings, and workflow processes. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and functionality and make recommendations for improvements. Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement by identifying and resolving process bottlenecks, data issues, and inconsistencies to help improve operational efficiencies.

You're an Ideal CandidateIf You Have:

Strong understanding of Lead to Order processes in a B2B SaaS business environment. Excellent technical skills in Salesforce CPQ, including hands-on experience with Apex programming language, Salesforce tools and technologies, and other related technologies. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce CPQ, ideally in a B-to-B SaaS environment. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce technologies. Strong understanding of CPQ business processes such as product configuration, quoting, pricing, and renewals. Experience implementing product rules, price rules, advanced approvals, bundles, product configuration, summary variables, guided selling, quote templates, MDQ, QCP plugins. Familiarity with integration patterns and tools, such as REST APIs and middleware solutions. Experience leading technical requirements gathering and building solutions from those requirements, working at-scale by reusing components and code to push apps out fast. Experience with source control systems like Git, familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (, Copado). Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
