AI Expert – Saa S Products (LLMs, Automation, RAG)Walkout Tech — Hyderabad / RemoteWalkout Tech is building the next generation of AI-powered Saa S solutions across multiple industries—We are looking for a AI Expert / AI Architect who can lead AI integration across our 10+ Saa S products and drive innovation from strategy to execution.Role OverviewWe want someone who can design, build, and scale AI-first features, develop automation workflows, and integrate LLMs into multi-tenant Saa S products.You will work directly with the founder and product team to turn ideas into real, revenue-generating AI capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and integrate AI/ML features into existing and new Saa S products.Develop RAG-based systems, vector databases, and AI-driven dashboards.Create automations and agents for customer support, CRM, HRM, and operations.Architect multi-tenant AI pipelines (secure per-tenant data isolation).Fine-tune open-source models (Llama, Mistral) when needed.Design AI workflows for chatbots, form automation, predictions, insights.Work with engineering teams to deploy scalable LLM services (API/microservices).Optimize performance, cost, and accuracy across AI features.Research and introduce new AI capabilities into our product ecosystem.Required SkillsTechnicalHands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAGStrong in Python (Fast API/Django) & AI frameworks: Lang Chain, Llama IndexExperience building AI-enabled Saa S productsKnowledge of multi-tenant Saa S architectureCloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)Familiar with Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaGood understanding of fine-tuning, prompt engineering, token optimizationMust HaveExperience with Node.js/Next.jsKnowledge of data engineering pipelinesExperience building AI agentsWorked on subscription/usage-based Saa S modelsWhat We’re Looking ForProduct-first mindsetAbility to convert Saa S modules into AI-first workflowsStrong problem-solving & innovation skillsAbility to lead AI roadmap for multiple productsClean coding and architectural disciplineCan work fast, experiment fast, deliver fastExperience3–10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Saa S EngineeringMust have built at least one AI-enabled product or strong AI portfolioHow to ApplySend your resume, Git Hub, and portfolio/demo
