LetsDoc is a healthcare technology company founded in March’15. From being one of the largest phlebotomist networks in India in 2015, to pivoting to telemedicine services after demonetization in Dec’16, LetsDoc is at present a company that facilitates one of the highest doctor consultations through its technology platform. The founding team has created a robust, efficient, low cost and profitable solution to ensure access to quality healthcare for the masses in India.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Software Sales Specialist. The Software Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies, and provide feedback to enhance product features based on client needs.
Task Description
- Visit clinics/ labs/pharmacy as per assigned targets in the district- Explain the benefits of using the solution to the doctors/pharmacist/lab technicians/ support staff and decision makers in the facilities- Give demos to the doctors/pharmacist/lab technicians and other users- Continue to interact with the clinics/labs/pharmacies and the management to; get feedback and coordinate with local and central team for troubleshooting, explore new opportunities, provide continuous support to clinics, doctors and other users, Support clinics in driving adoption of system by addressing local challenges- Report to the manager on daily basis- Move to new nearby districts, as needed, and help increase adoption of the solution in new areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years of field sales) in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong understanding of software products and services- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field- Certifications in sales or software-related fields are a plus- Healthcare related experience will be a plus- Speak English, Tamil fluently (Knowledge of Hindi and other languages is good to have)- Have a vehicle to commute with valid license- Have a laptop to carry around for demo, report creation and feedback- Be able to join immediately
