Job Description : Kinaxis Maestro Consultant (Total Exp- 2 to4 Yrs.) Position Summary  Kinaxis Consultant with at least 2+ extensive experience in Demand & Supply chain planning and expert-level knowledge in implementing and optimizing Kinaxis RapidResponse, including Concurrent Planning, including hands-on expertise with Kinaxis Maestro the next-generation, AI-powered planning assistant and all functional modules. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities (Roles & Tasks) Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro solutions across global projects. Utilize Kinaxis Maestro to enhance automation, generate AI-driven insights, and support intelligent scenario planning and forecasting. Design and configure Kinaxis modules based on business requirements. Build and optimize Concurrent Planning models to support real-time, connected decision-making. Manage demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and order planning configurations. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical Kinaxis workflows and logic. Configure and manage workbooks, dashboards, and planning sheets. Perform gap analysis between existing planning systems and Kinaxis. Build simulations and what-if scenarios for faster decision support. Develop S&OP cycles and planning processes using Kinaxis tools. Integrate Kinaxis with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards. Develop user access roles, security models, and data validation rules. Automate alerting, monitoring, and exception management using RapidResponse. Provide detailed solution documentation and SOPs for ongoing support. Lead testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot issues. Conduct end-user training and create custom learning materials. Optimize system performance and conduct periodic solution reviews. Support global rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. Work in Agile teams, contributing to daily standups, sprints, and retrospectives. Kinaxis Modules & Functional Areas Covered Concurrent Planning – Real-time, cross-functional synchronization across all planning layers. Demand Planning – Forecasting, trend analysis, seasonality, and statistical modelling. Supply Planning – Constraint-based planning and material availability management. Capacity Planning – Finite/infinite constraint modelling across manufacturing networks. Inventory Planning – Safety stock, buffer management, and optimization. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) – Executive-level scenario planning and KPI tracking. Master Scheduling – Mid- and short-term production planning aligned to capacity and supply. Order Planning – ATP/CTP logic, backlog prioritization, and dynamic fulfilment. Control Tower – Real-time visibility, alerting, exception handling. What-If Simulation – Dynamic modelling of disruptions and decision impacts. Dashboarding & KPIs – Development of visual insights using RapidResponse dashboards. Collaboration – Enable shared planning via contributor access and concurrent editing. Very good understanding of concepts of RDBMS and SQL queries Attribute Based Planning Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of total experience in supply chain planning or 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse Kinaxis certification (Author/Contributor/Administrator) is a plus. Working experience with Kinaxis Maestro and understanding of its AI/ML-driven features Experience in configuring Kinaxis modules across multiple business domains Proven knowledge of Kinaxis authoring, data modelling, and scripting. Strong ERP integration experience (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, etc.). Expertise in data validation, transformation, and master data mapping. Ability to lead workshops, present findings, and manage stakeholders. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Kinaxis for internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex business problems. Preferred Experience Industry knowledge in Life Sciences, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods. Experience working with global teams across different time zones. Familiarity with Agile/DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Background in digital transformation or supply chain modernization programs. Ability to mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer.
