Job Overview We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Lawyer to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in real estate litigation and regulatory frameworks, particularly with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. This role demands a proficient understanding of real estate laws and construction compliance, contributing to our strategic objectives in engineering and construction sectors. Qualifications and Skills Proven expertise in real estate litigation, with a solid track record in handling legal disputes effectively (Mandatory skill). Deep understanding of Real Estate Regulatory Authority provisions and their practical applications in legal contexts (Mandatory skill). Comprehensive knowledge of rera guidelines and their impact on real estate developments. Proficient in liaisoning efforts with governmental and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Strong grasp of construction compliance and its implications for ongoing and future projects. In-depth understanding of land laws, contributing to accurate legal assessments and documentation. Expertise in real estate laws, enabling you to provide strategic legal advice and solutions. Capable of conducting thorough title searches to verify legal ownership and assess encumbrances on properties. Roles and Responsibilities Handle real estate litigation cases, providing comprehensive legal representation and advice to ensure favorable outcomes. Ensure company adherence to real estate regulations, focusing on compliance with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Facilitate liaison with relevant government and regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth execution of project approvals. Advise on construction compliance and ensure legal parameters are met, addressing any discrepancies proactively. Conduct thorough legal research on land laws and real estate statutes to ensure company operations align with legal frameworks. Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents related to property transactions, ensuring legal soundness and risk mitigation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues and enhance the company's strategic positioning. Conduct meticulous title searches to validate property titles, ensuring clear and undisputed property ownership.
