Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM).

The ideal candidate will have a robust technical and functional background, with a deep understanding of Oracle SCM modules.

You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, supporting implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development and Support :

- Develop and support RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).

- Create and manage Oracle Workflows to streamline business processes.

- Perform Form Personalization to tailor Oracle applications to meet business requirements.

Functional Expertise :

- Provide functional expertise in P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), and Inventory management processes.

- Thorough understanding of end-to-end cycles, including PO matchings (2-way, 3-way, 4-way) and invoice hold releases.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Project Engagements :

- Lead and participate in Oracle SCM module implementations, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

- Manage enhancements and customizations to existing Oracle SCM systems.

- Provide support for Oracle SCM applications, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on SCM.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle RICE components.

- Proven track record in Oracle Workflows and Form Personalization.

Domain Knowledge :

- Deep functional knowledge of P2P, O2C, and Inventory processes.

- Comprehensive understanding of PO matchings (2-way, 3-way, 4-way) and invoice hold/release mechanisms.

Project Experience :

- Demonstrated experience in Oracle SCM implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.

- Ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced Expertise :

- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.

- Certification in Oracle SCM modules.

Additional Skills :

- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

- Experience with other Oracle applications and technologies.
