Export Sales Manager – International Business (Mid-Level)Location: Mumbai - Work From OfficeDepartment: Export Sales / International BusinessAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Export Sales professional to drive multi-country sales for our steel wire products, OPGW, and OFC cables. The role involves market development, client management, and end-to-end export operations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop new international markets and build relationships with global distributors, EPC contractors, and utilities.- Achieve region-wise export sales targets; manage leads, pricing, negotiations, and order closures.- Coordinate with production, logistics, and commercial teams for smooth order execution.- Handle export documentation (PI, LC, COO, BL, AWB, etc.) and ensure compliance.- Manage overseas client communication, virtual meetings, and business reviews.- Track competition, pricing trends, and prepare monthly sales/MIS reports.- Support international exhibitions, travel planning, and customer visits.Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or International Business (preferred).- 10–15 years’ experience in Export Sales (Steel/Engineering/Telecom Cable/Industrial products ideal).- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export documentation, freight, and LC procedures.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and global client-handling skills.- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, and managing multi-country time zones.
