About the Role
As the Associate Director of Customer Success (Team Lead), you will play a pivotal role in leading and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our teachers, parents, and students. This leadership position involves managing a team of Customer Success Managers, overseeing teacher support, class quality, and compliance, and implementing strategies for student retention. Additionally, you will actively engage with parents, providing support, and fostering a positive experience. As part of our commitment to excellence, you will also take on the role of a Cuemath teacher, contributing firsthand to our educational mission.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Specialists.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets performance goals.
Managing and Supporting Teachers:
- Conduct regular class reviews to uphold teaching quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with established class protocols.
- Conduct thorough Teacher Quality Analysis and implement performance management strategies.
Retention of Students:
- Develop and execute student retention strategies.
- Monitor and analyze retention metrics as a primary performance indicator.
Manage and Support Parents:
- Provide timely and effective support to parents.
- Collaborate with parents to address concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Actively participate as a Cuemath teacher by teaching at least one student for 2 hours in a week.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience (7-8 years) in customer success, preferably within an educational context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Ideally, possess a background in mathematics or education with an understanding of the Teacher-Parent-Student mindset, contributing to innovative solutions for the holistic development of students.
