You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best minds serving insurance customers in US, UK and Canadian markets.Key ResponsibilitiesFollowing are the day-to-day work activities:Serve as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including internal and external team membersDesign, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stackDetermine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutionsRemain current on new technologies, evaluate, and make recommendations as necessary.Assist in task planning, estimation, schedulingMentor Software Engineers and help them enhance they’re for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunitiesDetermine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processesWork in close partnership with cross-functional teams and managementWrite, modify, and debug software for client applicationsRemain cool and effective in a crisisStay on the leading edge of development practicesRequired Skills & ExperienceCandidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed.
