About the Role We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 2– 5 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help build a strong talent pipeline for the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, testers, designers, DevOps, etc.) Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and social media Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and schedule interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication Manage offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding coordination Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment Strong understanding of technical roles, skillsets, and hiring processes Experience with job portals (e.G., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Strong networking and relationship-building skills Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus Nice-to-Have Experience hiring for startups or product-based teams Knowledge of basic technical concepts (frontend, backend, QA, cloud, data, etc.) Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Why Join Us?
