Article Trainees, CAs and Semi-Qualified CAs upto 5 years of experience

Candidates who have passed their IPCC conducted by ICAI and looking for Articleship training shall get chance to get trained and upskill themselves in various fields of CA practice.
Recruited CAs shall get independent charge of direct taxation and FEMA related work and work under the supervision of partner-in-charge. He has to handle team under him and manage overall execution of work. Those candidates looking for building their career as CA in practice shall be preferred.
Semi-qualified CAs / Drop outs shall get independent charge of clients to handle their taxation, audit, compilation of financial statements and other routine affairs and has to report to CA / partner-in-charge.

Responsibilities
Inducted candidates shall be responsible for executing assigned task in the Taxation and FEMA division as per the needs of the assignments at hand, which comprises of Tax Returns, Tax Assessments, Tax Appeals, Reply to various notices of Income Tax, Tax Refunds, FDI/ODI related filings, International trade related matters, Foreign Trade Policy related issues etc. and Audit & Assurance services to SME clients.
Semi-qualified/ drop outs willing to take independent responsibilities shall be considered for permanent employment with retirement benefits (PF/ESI) entitlements and shall be groomed to become part of the Firm to pursue long term objects of the firm of excelling in each area of its catered service area.
Qualifications
CAs with 0-5 years of experience, IPCC (one or both groups), CA final aspirants or who have passed either of group with good knowledge and hands on MS office and good communication skills shall be preferred. In addition following skills will be preferred:
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Sound knowledge of Direct (Income Tax) and Indirect (GST) taxation
Knowledge of auditing principles and practices
Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or related field
Good drafting skills for representation before Income tax authorities and RBI
