The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with institutional policies, and effective coordination among various departments. Key Responsibilities : 1. Administrative Management: - Oversee general administration, including campus facilities, security, housekeeping, and maintenance. - Ensure compliance with institutional policies and statutory regulations. 2. Coordination & Communication: - Act as a liaison between management, faculty, and staff. - Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation effectively. 3. Student Services: - Support admission processes, student documentation, and counselling activities. - Address student queries and provide administrative support to the academic office. 4. Financial Oversight: - Assist in budget preparation, procurement processes, and vendor management. - Monitor and manage administrative expenses. 5. Event Management: - Coordinate institutional events, workshops, and conferences. - Ensure logistical arrangements for smooth execution of events. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS : · Bachelors / Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. · Person retired from Government / Corporates doing similar jobs are also eligible. · Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Creative mind-set with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement. · Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software. · Leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
