Responsibilities:Analyse product requirements and come up with design on requirements.Review and resolve the roadblocks of team members.Implementation of device drivers, RTOS, application FW, bootloader based on design.Develop and maintain unit testing for all modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing and product management.Acting as Scrum master for the team to assign and manage tasks and resolve impediments.Stay up-to-date with industry-standard software development methodologies and practices.Proactive to identify the risk and plan for migrationQualifications:Expertise in Firmware Development an d Embedded C programmi ng for 32bit MCU/ DSP 's using Arm Cortex-M33 / M23 / M4 / M7

( Preferably STM32 M CU)Minimum 10 years of experience into Firmware Development.Good Programming experience i n RTOS environmen ts preferabl y Threa dX.Strong experience i n Kernel porti ng for different RTOS

( FreeRTOS, TheadX, µC/OS or C s/OS2)Strong experience i n Secure Boot, Bootloader developmen t a nd firmware upgra de manager for MCUStrong Experience in low level drivers fo r ADC, PWM, UART, I2C, SPI, RS485 and CANStrong Experience in low level drivers fo r EEPROM, and OSPI/QSPIStrong Experience in using lab equipment (i.e. logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) to test code functionality.Experience in Communication Protocol Layers lik e TCP, UDP, IPV6Experience with Board bring-up activitiesExperience in cryptography and Security features.Experience in SDLC for product developmentExperience in Unit testingExperience in Python scriptingExperience in JIRA and ConfluenceExperience in Git and GitHubExperience in agile and scr
