The Role We’re looking for a Design Lead to guide and grow our team of 8 designers and 2 finished artists. You’ll be responsible for elevating the craft, mentoring talent, and ensuring high-quality delivery across major rollouts and brand initiatives. Accessibility is a key consideration in everything we do, and you’ll be responsible for making sure all our work meets compliance standards for our customers. You’ll work closely with the ECD, producers, and account service teams to bring bold ideas to life, beautifully and on time. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a team across brand, campaign, and rollout work. Push the craft, from typography to layout to motion, and help designers do their best work. Collaborate with the ECD to set creative direction and uphold design standards. Partner with producers and account teams to ensure smooth delivery and timelines. Ensure accessibility and compliance are baked into every piece of work. Provide clear, constructive feedback and foster a culture of growth and experimentation. About You 10+ years of design experience, with proven leadership experience. A portfolio that shows taste, craft, and versatility across formats. Strong understanding of retail and the importance of the finished art process. Experience mentoring designers and building team culture. Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools.
