Development


  • Expert on flow building and flow analysis
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform (Sales cloud predominantly along with Marketing and Service), its architecture, and its limitations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality
  • Experience with building bug fixes, Apex Classes and Triggers
  • Experience with building Workflows, Process Builder, Salesforce Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with building Reports & Dashboards with Lightning Experience.
  • Experience in Process Builder, Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Formulas, Permissions, Data Analysis, Data Cleansing and Data Enrichment.
  • Extensive experience on creating Users, Profile, Roles, permission sets, Reports, Dashboards, And Public Group.
  • Integration experience with other applications.
  • At least 12 and above experience
  • Should have hands-on experience as a lead and team management exp is must.


Admin

  • Develop solution designs with stakeholders.
  • Advice the stakeholders how the requirements can be built perfectly within Salesforce.
  • Implement change requests and deploy solutions.
  • Provide user training and support as an internal point of contact for our internal users.
  • Ensure the system runs smoothly.
  • Experience with Salesforce's Sales Cloud
  • Knowledge of Flows in Salesforce
  • Officially certified Salesforce Admin or comparable qualification
  • Ability to develop technical solutions including stakeholder management.
