Job Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist at Wellness Hub, you will:

  • Work with children with autism and other special needs, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's developmental goals.
  • Use creative and evidence-based techniques to make therapy engaging and impactful.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists and educators, to deliver holistic care.
  • Guide and educate parents to use tools like the BASICS App to extend therapy practices at home.
  • Document progress, conduct assessments, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (B.O.T.) is mandatory.
  • Experience : At least 1 year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to the unique needs of each child.
