Front Office Executive — Samskara Pushkar (181-Key 5-Star Resort) Location: Pushkar, Rajasthan Company: Samskara Resorts Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹55,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience, skill, and professional background Preferred Background: Prior experience with reputed luxury brands such as Oberoi , Aman , Taj, IHG, Hilton, Marriott, ITC, or comparable properties Strong understanding of front office operations, reservation systems, and guest service protocols Exceptional grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills Professional fluency in English and Hindi About the Role: Samskara Pushkar, a luxury 181-room five-star resort , is seeking a polished and service-driven Front Office Executive to join its guest relations and reception team. The ideal candidate will embody warmth, professionalism, and efficiency while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with international hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a refined sense of hospitality and attention to detail Manage check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures efficiently Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with tact and empathy Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and reservation details Uphold grooming, communication, and service standards befitting a 5-star environment Support the Front Office Manager and assist with VIP handling and daily reporting Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to guest excellence Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience and capability , ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹55,000 per month .
