Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller at SKY VOLT PVT LTD in Jaipur. The Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our solar solutions, answering incoming calls, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·        Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

·        Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.

·        Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

·        Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

·        Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services related Solar Energy.

·        Making all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

·        Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

·        Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.



Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy industry
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
