B2B Lead Generation Specialist – US Shift

Job Description:
Salesable is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation specialist to identify and qualify potential clients in the US market. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the client acquisition process, ensuring that leads meet our qualification criteria for the sales team to convert. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a keen understanding of client needs and the consulting services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential leads and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
Qualify outbound leads to ensure they align with our target client profile.
Use CRM tools to track, categorize, and follow up on leads, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
Engage in initial communication with leads via phone, email, or other platforms, setting up discovery meetings for the sales team when appropriate.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and track interactions to report on qualification rates and conversion potential.
Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and volume to improve targeting and lead generation strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead qualification processes with broader business goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in lead generation, qualification, or sales, preferably in a consulting or BPO Experience of min 3 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work U.S. business hours and engage effectively with clients.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
Proactive, with a strong ability to self-manage and set priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with the consulting services industry and client needs.
Experience in Target Management and number crunching
