Tasks 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Finance within the Renewables sector (mandatory) Proven experience in equity & debt fundraising, structured instruments, lender/investor processes Strong financial modelling and valuation capability Experience handling rating agencies, lenders, diligence partners and internal stakeholders Target Profiles (Indicative): Candidates currently or previously with leading renewables platforms such as ReNew, Greenko, Serentica, Ayana, Virescent/KKR, CLP, Actis-backed platforms or similar private-equity-backed renewable energy players (this is just an indicative list, there are many other renewable platforms/companies) Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth in the renewables sector. Conduct financial modeling and analysis to assess potential renewable energy projects and investments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure funding and manage capital allocation for renewable initiatives. Monitor and report on the financial performance of renewable projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Provide expert guidance on risk management and regulatory compliance within the renewables sector.
