Tech / Dip : Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical :Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the equipment and their components is crucial for diagnosis and resolving technical issues.Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in equipment and implement effective solutions.Customer Service: A customer-centric approach is essential to provide excellent service to customers, address their concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
