About the RoleAt Outsure Global , we’re building a next-generation outsourcing company across 5 key verticals: Digital Marketing, Engineering, Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Recruitment .We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who understands that strong sales come from structure, clarity, and timely action; not noise.This role is the backbone of our sales function, ensuring leads are managed well, communication stays sharp, and opportunities move forward with intention.You'll work closely with our Business Development Executives, Marketing Specialist, and Founders to keep the pipeline active, organized, and performance-ready.If you enjoy orchestrating sales processes, enabling teams, and using AI to work smarter, you’ll thrive here.What You’ll DoKeep the pipeline disciplined: Track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure opportunities move with momentum.Strengthen outreach: Assist with proposals, sales decks, and communication assets.Run multi-platform sales coordination: Help manage and optimize outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, CRM systems, and other channels.Enable AI-powered sales workflows: Use ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Notion AI, and other automation tools to draft follow-ups, enrich leads, personalize outreach, and improve conversion chances.Operational clarity: Maintain CRM hygiene, document conversations, and share structured daily/weekly progress summaries.Prep and organize: Ensure BD teams have everything ready before sales calls or demos.Cross-team alignment: Work with marketing to sync campaign messaging with sales goals and lead quality.What’s In It for YouSales operations mastery: Learn the backbone of modern B2B sales, from lead management to conversion funnels.AI-first sales culture: Hands-on experience with advanced sales automation tools (Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT, Notion AI).Cross-department exposure: Work between BD, marketing, and leadership.Real ownership: Your coordination directly shapes pipeline velocity and deal movement.Upward mobility: Pathways into Sales Ops, RevOps, or Senior Coordination roles based on performance.Who You Are1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, client servicing, or business ops .Organized, proactive, and excellent at managing multiple follow-ups.Solid communicator; professional, clear, and confident.Comfortable using AI tools, CRMs, and automation platforms to simplify and speed up tasks.Detail-oriented with strong judgment and reliability.Motivated by outcomes, progress, and process-improvement.Your Success Will Look LikeCRM updated daily with clear actions and follow-up timelines.Sales campaigns running smoothly across LinkedIn, email, and automation platforms.Lead enrichment and personalization done through tools like Clay and Apollo .90–95% of tasks completed on time with minimal reminders.AI integrated deeply into your workflow to reduce manual effort.Weekly pipeline summaries delivered with clarity, insights, and direction.Why Join Outsure GlobalBecause here, sales isn’t guesswork, it’s a system.You’ll be part of a lean, ambitious, process-driven team where follow-through matters, clarity is valued, and results speak louder than noise.You’ll work directly with founders, use modern AI workflows, and help build a sales engine designed for global scale without chaos.
