Scope: Core responsibilities to include handling day to day support tickets , work on enhancement requests. As part of ASIS team this position will lead toward technical advancement of Workday HCM solution. This position will provide an opportunity to explore, troubleshoot, and develop solutions on various functional domains and provide a good learning curve. The role involves business stake holder interaction to gather requirements and knowledge on HR processes. Understand the impact of HR data changes and seek confirmation from business before making any changes in the system. Our current technical environment: Software: Workday HCM What you’ll do: Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM and related modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting). Manage Workday roadmap, release management, and system upgrades, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionality. Partner with HR and business leaders to translate needs into system solutions, driving process automation and data-driven decision-making. Oversee Workday security, compliance, and data integrity across all modules. Lead and mentor a team of Workday analysts, providing guidance on solution design, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement. Manage vendor relationships (Workday, implementation partners, third-party tools) and ensure value delivery. Design and deliver Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations and executive decision-making. Establish governance framework, best practices, and documentation standards for Workday processes. Support HR technology strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field; master’s degree preferred. 10 to 13 years of experience with Workday HCM; at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong functional expertise across multiple Workday modules. Proven track record of leading Workday projects (implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations). Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment. Workday certifications preferred. Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Team leadership and talent development. Vendor and stakeholder management. Adaptability and continuous learning.
