Job Title: HR Executive – Immigration Experience: – years Location: Vijayawada (Onsite) Shift: Night shift Job Description: We are looking for an HR Executive – Immigration with – years of experience to manage and support immigration-related processes for our employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling visa documentation, compliance, and coordination with employees and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end immigration processes for employees (Visa, Work Permits, LCA, HB, Green Card, etc.). • Prepare, review, and submit immigration-related documents accurately and within timelines. • Coordinate with employees for collection of required documents and ensure compliance with immigration regulations. • Maintain immigration records, trackers, and databases. • Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and legal teams for timely processing. • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding immigration queries. • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory immigration requirements. • Assist HR team with onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance audits when required. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field). • – years of hands-on experience in HR – Immigration process . • Strong knowledge of visa/immigration documentation and compliance. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, HB, EAD, GC, and Citizen consultants. • Experience using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and networking platforms like LinkedIn. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal & written). • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. • Must be flexible to work in night shifts (: PM – : AM IST) .
