- Organization: SwitchON – EarthON Foundation- Location: Pan-India (Remote-first setup), Full-time- Work Experience: 3-5 years in startups, venture capital, consulting, or strategic roles- Compensation: Up to Rs. 8 LPA- Language Proficiency: English (mandatory), Hindi, (regional languages a plus)Position SummaryThe Sr. Analyst – Accelerator will be a critical member of SwitchON’s Greenovation Hub, strengthening sourcing, evaluation, and support of climate-focused startups and NGOs. The role requires strong analytical ability, financial acumen, research skills, and excellent communication to work effectively with founders, investors, and grassroots innovators.Key ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Hunting- Scout high-potential startups and grassroots organisations via research, events, and networks- Identify solutions in climate tech, agri-tech, renewable energy, and clean air sectorsEvaluation & Investment Support- Analyse business models, traction, team capabilities, and financial health- Prepare investment memos and financial models; assist with presentations to investment committeesFounder Readiness & Documentation- Build structured data rooms and investor-ready documentation- Support accelerator programs (bootcamps, pitch days) with content and reportingSector Research & Insights- Conduct in-depth research to track trends and create reports/whitepapers- Provide insights to guide pipeline development and fund strategyTeam Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement- Work closely with the core investment and program team- Represent EarthON in external stakeholder engagements (founders, investors, NGOs, ecosystem players)Qualifications, Experience & SkillsEducational Qualification- No strict requirement; exposure to entrepreneurship, E-Cells, or startup ecosystems preferred- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields is a plusExperience- 3-5 years of relevant experience in startups, consulting, or strategy- Experience in climate innovation, sustainability, or accelerator/incubator programs is desirableSkills & Attributes- Strong ownership mindset; proactive and detail-oriented- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Strong research, analytical, and financial modeling skills- Ability to thrive in unstructured, entrepreneurial environments- Collaborative, founder-first culture fitReporting StructureReports To: AGM (Assistant General Manager)Travel RequirementsExtensive travel to visit incubatees and participation in bootcamps, immersions, or ecosystem eventsCompensationRemuneration up to Rs. 8 LPA, aligned with experience and sector standardsAbout SwitchON FoundationGreenovation is housed under SwitchON Foundation, which is also working with EarthON Foundation.
