In this position, the Sales Lead will oversee sales operations, manage a team, provide training, and actively contribute to customer service initiatives. Responsibilities also include maintaining client relationships, driving sales strategies, and delivering high-quality service to meet targets and business goals.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets effectively.Experience in mentoring and providing Training to guide and develop high-performing sales teams.Exceptional organizational and leadership skills for managing teams and achieving business objectives.Ability to work onsite in New Delhi with a dynamic and solutions-oriented mindset.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.RequirementsBachelor's B2C Sales experience atleast 4-5+ yrs (Customer facing not B2B experience)Startup experience and should have managed a teamDrive Revenue GrowthManage & build teamOverview teams design & delivery of an event and customer experienceGive constant feedback on what we can do to improve sales
