The successful candidate will have a proven track record of distributing bond products to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions through both direct sales and peer-to-peer relationships . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the bond market, excellent sales and relationship-building skills, and a strong network of contacts in the wealth management industr

y.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions to distribute bond productsBuild the distribution network of IFAs and MFDs for distributing productsOrganize and lead offline eventsBuild and lead a team of RMs to develop the channelConduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for bond distributionCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesProvide expert advice and guidance on bond products to clients and internal stakeholdersMeet and exceed sales targets for offline bond distributionBuild and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with financial advisors, wealth managers, and other industry professionals to expand distribution channelsStay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activityDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferen

cesRequirements:10 to 12 years of experience in wealth management, bond distribution, or a related fieldPrior experience in B2B distribution of Bonds or fixed income products is preferredtrue blue sales/ wealth management role / Core B2B Sales experienceProven track record of success in distributing bond products through both direct sales and peer-to-peer relationshipsStrong network of contacts in the wealth management industryExcellent sales, relationship-building, and communication skillsDeep understanding of the bond market and financial marketsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadl
